1-Year Warranty: The Lock-it Block-it device is warranted to be free from defective workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Note on Adhesive: The Velcro or other attaching mechanism is not covered under this warranty as we do not manufacture those components.
Return Process: Returns require written authorization. Email support@lockitblockit.com with a detailed description of the issue. Authorized returns must include a copy of the original receipt.
